2025-01-06	Eu*****	Do something about your app please. Since first of this year(2025), I haven't been able to do any transaction and it's so painful. I've complained tire. What kinda update una dey do since na? It's even giving a notification that this app may stop working on my phone and I'm using Techno spark 20 currently. Please do something fast.

2024-07-17	Da*****	This is really bad and annoying A transaction will be made but all this app could is deducting money for the transaction and the receiver will never received the money neither they reverse back...this is really bad...diif calls and messages were made...but no response from both..it's really annoying ...and after sorting this am.closing the account

2024-03-21	Pa*****	This app has no search key to select bank you have to scroll to infinity, it delays transaction, and it doesn't show history beyond one day even when you search back it gives no results. Also, the rate of network failure and debit is much. Try improve and this app will be great

2024-03-17	ok*****	The app is good but the issue I'm having with is app, it's always having network glitch, secondly no space for depositors name. Then transaction history should be worked upon, more so work on the features of the app please cause it sometimes frustrating.

2023-07-06	AB*****	Sincerely speaking this app is too poor, I don't know what is access Bank doing we are having the worst experience when it comes to agency banking. Your terminals are old fashioned and the app too very old no improvement compared to first Bank which had exactly the same app interface as access bank but now they have upgraded it, they keep doing that they even have the smart POS I can't call that of access smart ooo. Please try as must as possible and upgrade to a standard we will all enjoy. Than

Provide a chance for us to check out our transaction history of previous days. And create a platform for checking balance for our customers. And possibly increase your network speed and connectivity to other Banks Lastly unlimit the transaction limit on other Banks More importantly let the login into the POS terminal and mobile phone exist. Thanks
Access closa, you a lot of upgrade. Please provide a chance to reprint previous reciepts and reciepts of other days. Provide a chance for us to check out our transaction history of previous days. 2023-03-11	Ba*****	The idea of viewing only five transactions is crazy and on top of that you can't go back and print a previous transaction. Please open the app so one can be able to look for previous transactions for customers and reprint if possible. The app is great but restrictions to five transactions is making very frustrating. 2023-02-28	AB*****	This app is very poor, just to login became a problem. Its almost a week since I downloaded the app but to login my details became problem, the app always showing "There is an error processing your request". So I don't know where the error is.

2022-10-11	Ak*****	This is the worst App ever, I would advise that no one should even come near this useless App. For many years, the bad experience is still the same, no improvements, since 4 days ago, I have over a hundred thousand in my account and I cannot access it due to very poor network issues. Access is not ready for business, only ready to frustrate it's customers and agents.
