Text-to-Speech: Read selected text aloud using the browser's speech synthesis capabilities. Highlight text on any webpage and click the "Text to Speech" button in the popup to hear the selected text read aloud. Dyslexia Font: Enable OpenDyslexic font for improved readability for users with dyslexia. Click the "Toggle Dyslexia Font" button in the popup to enable or disable the OpenDyslexic font. Highlight Paragraphs: Highlight paragraphs for better focus during reading. Click the "Highlight Paragraphs" button in the popup to toggle paragraph highlighting. Grayscale Mode: Switch the display to grayscale for users who prefer it. Click the "Toggle Grayscale Mode" button in the popup to enable or disable grayscale mode. High Contrast Mode: Increase contrast for better readability. Click the "Toggle High Contrast" button in the popup to enable or disable high contrast mode.

How to Use:

Reader Mode: Click the "Toggle Reader Mode" button in the popup or use the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+R) to enable reader mode on the current page. When activated, the button will change color to indicate it is enabled.
