W2MO offers multiple options and algorithms for finding the best locations. Optimize your logistics network directly and interactively with the help of the drag-and-drop function.

W2MO Supply Chain Controlling with consideration of multidimensional tariff structures offers furthermore the possibility of precise cost mapping in the entire supply chain. Area related prices are supported by pre-defined or user definable polygons. Activity-based costing can be applied inside the locations as well. For example the difference between profitable and unprofitable products and processes can be calculated.

With the help of W2MO very precise default process times can be calculated and applied into the model using the integrated Video-Based Process Studies with privacy protection by a new face detection & blurring technology. This presents a basis for efficient improvement of the processes both in logistics and production.

W2MO uses standard times in production, warehouse and distribution logistics. They are the basis for an exact calculation of total labor efforts and costs for all logistic activities. When the total costs are calculated in detail they can be optimized - e. g. by using the built-in advanced mathematical optimization algorithms.

W2MO ist prima. Es ist super, dass ich das Tool ohne Installation im Web-Browser nutzen kann und dass damit ein Vergleich von verschiedenen Szenarien möglich ist!

Es ist ein wirklich mächtiges Tool. Mein Team hat mit W2MO eine enorme Verbesserung unseres Lagers erreicht, ich kann W2MO jedem empfehlen, der Lagerlogistikprozesse visualisieren und optimieren möchte. Persönlich habe ich nach einer Schulung durch Logivations hauptsächlich die Funktionalität der optimierten Produktplatzierung genutzt, die durch die Neuzuordnung der Lagerplätze zu 16% Kostensenkung führte. Zudem haben wir auch die Flächennutzung deutlich verbessert. Die Produktplatzierung in W2MO basiert auf verschiedenen Algorithmen, sehr nützlich war die so genannte "Golden Zone" Produktplatzierung. Durch diese neue Anordnung unserer Produkte verbringen wir jetzt viel weniger Zeit mit der Kommissionierung von Schnelldrehern. Darüber hinaus hat die detaillierte Warenfluss-Simulation von W2MO unsere Produktivität gesteigert, da wir damit überbelastete Lagerbereiche erkannt haben und umstrukturieren konnten.
