Acatrix Position Capture Firefox

Acatrix Position Capture

Capture academic position pages from Firefox and add them to your Acatrix Application Tracker.

Features & Capabilities

Acatrix Position Capture helps signed-in Acatrix users save academic and job position pages directly from Microsoft Edge to their Acatrix Application Tracker. After the user clicks “Add current page,” the extension captures the page URL, title, and visible text, sends it to Acatrix for structured extraction, and adds the position to the user’s tracker.

Is Acatrix Position Capture Safe?

Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

Acatrix Position Capture requires very minimum permissions.
