This application is the official thesis examination management system for students, academic advisors, examiners, and administrative staff affiliated with the Yonsei University Graduate School of Medicine.

By digitizing previously complex administrative procedures, it supports the systematic and secure execution of the entire process—from appointing advisory committee members to coordinating examination schedules and submitting final evaluations—in a mobile environment.

1. Rational Examination Schedule Coordination System

When a student registers a candidate schedule for examination, the optimal schedule is determined through voting by the examiners.

The finalized examination schedule is automatically synchronized with the calendar, and the examination location and video conference (non-face-to-face) access link assigned by the Graduate School Administration Office can be intuitively viewed.

2. Systematic Management of Advisory and Examiner Appointments

Students can create and submit a list of advisory committee candidates via mobile. The committee is formed following approval by the academic advisor and final review by the Administration Office.

An official request for appointment is sent to candidates, including external examiners, and they can quickly express their intention to accept or decline within the application.

3. Mobile Review Evaluation Without Location Restrictions

We provide real-time status updates for the review process for each degree program, including research proposal advisory reviews, public presentations, preliminary reviews, and final reviews.

Reviewers can securely draft review summaries, enter evaluation scores, and submit their final decisions (Pass/Reject/Pass after revision) within a mobile environment.

In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as overseas business trips, sabbatical leave, or illness, we support a "non-face-to-face review participation" feature through administrator approval.

4. Real-time Administrative Notifications and Communication Support

We prevent administrative omissions by providing essential business logic, such as document submission deadlines, schedule confirmations, and review result updates, via real-time push notifications.

We support smooth communication among stakeholders involved in the review process through an in-app 1:1 chat function.

5. Secure Data Management and Result Processing

Once all review procedures are completed, students can review the aggregated review results and request final approval from the Graduate School Administration Office.

This application is available only to members of the Yonsei University Graduate School of Medicine (students, faculty, and staff) and external reviewers who have completed the prior approval process.
