en | I haven't had ANY problem With Norton. I've been with them for years!! With the world revolving around the internet, It's a must to have a good quality repeatable antivirus. That stands behind its work. I had problems, when I first joined Norton Antivirus. That was because I had another so called antivirus downloaded into computer. But that was easily resolved. |

en | I purchased the Norton Anti Track, but I still get noticea telling me I must purchase another feature because I am still getting tracked. and it is expensive. I have Norton Ultimate, Norton 360 and they do work well. Since the Anti Track is not preventing tracking unless I buy something else I am dropping it. |

I spent 30 minutes Trying to load your safe mail and program and still never got it. Paid you bundle for nothing ! SORRY, But everything you people have that customer has to load is that way. en | And I thought I was the only one with Norton frustrations. Yes, continually needing more extensions and paying more money. I dread getting Norton 'help' as it takes so long for a human to do a remote fix on anything. I used virtual assistant and it 'fixed' something I did not ask for. I'm looking elsewhere after 5 or 6 years of Norton. |

en | I'm with everyone else. There are some useful Norton add-ons available, but when I first signed up I thought I was buying protection for everything. I was not expecting to continually read that what I have is not enough to keep my computer secure and that I have to keep purchasing more. |
