Better GitHub

The extension icon will the following options:

1. Expand all Hidden Items Very active GitHub issues and PRs have their content hidden behind a "Load more" UI This option will click these "load more" buttons until there are no more to click.
2. Hide All Commits From Issue On issue pages each commit that mentions the issue gets a history entry, this command will hide them all to reduce the noise and be able to focus on the conversation.
3. Find Testing Notes On an issue page it will find a comment that begins with "testing". Useful if your team uses comments to track what needs to be tested.
4. Generate List of Pending PRs This option works on the commits section of a PR and generates a list of issues and their PRs that don't belong to the current PR ('foreign' issues). Foreign issues occur when a developer fixes an issue in PROD and is now trying to merge into NEXT, but their branch contains commits for other issues that haven't been merged into NEXT yet.

As of v0.0.15, the "Find" functionality is configurable! Use the extension options to customize the menu and type of comment that you wish to find.
