2025-01-15	Jo*****	Well, it was pretty awesome until the last update. Something happened and now I have a red banner across the top that indicates permissions are needed. There is a blue button that says fix it but it does not do anything or tell you what the permissions are that are needed. I went to the app settings on my Galaxy s22 and there are no permissions that are denied the app. Pretty much useless now. I closed the app and cleared cache, restarted my phone but no change.

2025-01-14	Sc*****	Few months ago location quit working. Now I'm getting a service active notification that I don't know how to turn off. I'm being told it is lacking permissions, but all permissions are turned on. The fix it button for permissions does nothing. Been a pro user for a long while. App has went downhill in the last few months.

2024-12-16	Hi*****	Loved this app until it stopped working. I'm only using it to toggle my Bluetooth when I workout and it no longer works. The rule pops up and says it triggered but the Bluetooth status doesn't change. Tried everything: allowing all permissions, uninstalling, clearing cache, etc. Can't even submit a bug report because it says "Required permission not granted". Emailed support two weeks ago and received no response, not even an automated reply to confirm they received my email.

While in a location the rule triggers, then randomly triggers that I've exited that location. Sometimes the enter re-triggers, sometimes the exit-then-enter trigger several times over a few minutes, but usually ends with exit. Only workaround is to restart android. 2024Nov11. Now the app crashes when I tap "my rules"

Automatit has become my personal assistant, even sending messages to my kids. For classes, I could have files open, the screen timeout, volume and brightness adjusted, etc, and then revert everything with another rule and message, "The time is (...), Have a good evening!". I'd need a lot of apps to replace this one, and I'd still be disappointed.

2022-11-04	Lo*****	Update to my last negative review. I complained about the app not working with Geofence. I bought a new Samsung S22 Ultra and simply transferred the app and data from my Samsung S8 plus. Thats when the problems started. Then I realized that the transfer doesnt configure the app for the S22. So I simply uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it works as well as before. Sorry for the bad review earlier. The APP is awesome! Thank you

2022-06-27	Ma*****	I have the pro version and it's been working ok for years to change sound volume. But the longer I've had the app, the less useful it seems, the list of useful actions is short and the triggers seem difficult to set. For example, a simple action to flip Android Dark mode on and off at different times of day is impossible.

2021-09-14	Jo*****	has always been helpful to take more control over phone settings. i use it to set my ringer on or off at specific times of day not allowed by the stock phone programming. it's also useful to automatically change the screen timeout, depending on which app I'm using. while I wish it could do more, that would mean I'd have to root my phone, and I've had a rooted phone with tasker before, and I wasn't smart enough, or interested enough to read through the tutorials. this is good enough for me.

I used to have a bunch of rules that I used and depended on, now I'm down to only a few because it's getting less and less reliable. I paid for the Pro version, too, which makes it more annoying. Even bug reports don't want attention. I'm on an S10e, if it helps.
