This is intended to be as close as possible to the functionality of BBCodeXtra, which was not migrated to Quantum. There is only 1 top level menu because of the limitations of Webextensions, with what were the top level menus below it. The latest version adds a symbol submenu, and the ability to work with rich text elements on https:// pages. Note that the icons bbcwbx-menu.svg, bbcwbx.png, and bbcwbx.svg are NOT covered by the FOSS MIT license, they are © 2019 Charles E. Saroff [w4t3rf1r3] and licensed for use in this program. Reduced the scope of the context menu, so that it will only show up where it can do something.

Update, 8 July, 2022: I am planning to add the Ruble symbol "₽" (Dec: 8381; Hex: 20BD HTML: ₽) and the diameter symbol "⌀" (Dec: 8960; Hex: 2300 HTML: ⌀) in the near future, but first I have to determine if the move to Manifest V3 will require a rewrite. If you want any symbols added, please post them to me in the reviews or on the support page. Note that it has to be Unicode/UT 8, and I want a description in English, along with the decimal, hexadecimal, and HTML codes if you can. Note that the discussion board uses an insecure connection, HTTP instead of HTTPS, because it the host charges for the latter.
