Based on Vimium by Phil Crosby and Ilya Sukhar (see https://github.com/philc/vimium). Unlike Vimium, the keyboard shortcuts can be used at any time, and the default bindings use modifier keys (think Emacs, not Vim).

Renames all tabs to follow a standard format: "<index> <original_name> <hostname>". It is simple and reliable, but if you are looking for something configurable then this is not the extension for you.
