LED Display 2 turns your Android phone or tablet into a retro scrolling LED message board.

Create bright LED-style signs for parties, events, classrooms, shops, meetings, presentations, counters, stands, streams, or any situation where you need a message to be visible from a distance. Type your text, choose the color and font, adjust the speed and direction, then run the message full-screen.

Local broadcast mode

Use LED Display 2 with multiple devices on the same Wi-Fi network. Put one device into receiver mode, choose the same address group on another device, and send the current LED configuration locally. This is useful when you want a second phone, tablet, or nearby display to show the same sign.

Network mode is local-first. It is used for UDP broadcast between devices on the same Wi-Fi network. It is not a cloud sync service and does not require an account.

Privacy and ads

LED Display 2 does not use accounts, analytics SDKs, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or external file access. Messages, history, favorites, and setup preferences are stored locally on the device.

Internet and Wi-Fi permissions are used for local network communication between devices on the same Wi-Fi network. The app is free and ad-supported with Google AdMob, and uses Google's consent flow where required.

Compatibility

LED Display 2 supports Android 7.0 and newer and scales across phones and tablets.
