Work & Live Croatia is a multilingual digital platform for foreign workers in Croatia and people planning to come to Croatia.

The app provides practical guidance about work, rights, documents, healthcare, housing, daily life and integration into Croatian society. It also connects workers, employers, organizations, institutions and service providers through user accounts, targeted job offers, business profiles, notifications and in-app communication.

Work & Live Croatia is privately owned and is not an official app of the Republic of Croatia or any government authority. The content is for guidance and support. For official information, users should always check with the competent Croatian institutions.

Multilingual support:
The app is available in 17 languages: Croatian, English, Nepali, Tagalog/Filipino, Hindi, Arabic, Uzbek, Bengali, Urdu, Turkish, Ukrainian, Punjabi, Telugu, Sinhala, Macedonian, Albanian and Spanish.

Users can choose their preferred language inside the app. Messages between workers, employers, organizations and institutions can be automatically translated.

Jobs, profiles and communication:
Workers can create a profile, follow targeted job opportunities and apply for jobs. Employers, organizations, institutions and service providers can present their services through business profiles and communicate with users.

The app does not participate in employment contracts or agreements between workers and employers. Employers and business users are responsible for the legality of their job posts, offers and communication.

News and updates:
Through the integrated WorkLiveCroatia.net portal, users can access news and announcements relevant to foreign workers in Croatia, including labour law changes, job market updates, healthcare, public services and useful notices.

Privacy and data:
Work & Live Croatia uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud to support user accounts, app functionality, notifications and communication. The app does not sell personal data to third parties.

GPS location access is optional and used only with the user’s permission, for example to display nearby services on the map. Users can manage notifications through the app or device settings.
