The app allows anyone (this can be you) to take and record vitals of others (this can be family members, eg children, grandparents, etc).

It does not give advice, but allows you to record, eg temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, pain levels, not just one vital.

If you are a professional caregiver or a family member attending to an ill person, you can take readings daily and pass it along to a doctor or caregiver, or vice versa, where a caregiver can pass on info to their patient or a family member (if authorized by the patient).

There is no reason that you cant use it for yourself just to keep track of your vitals over the years.

CGA can easily and quickly allow the syncing of information between Caregiver and patient and vice versa. Information can be entered by the patient or by the Caregiver and seen by each other.

There are several benefits as a result, if this type of vital information can be identified quickly:
1. To alert the Caregiver when vitals are out of normal bounds.
2. Identify trends leading to changes in medications or worse that emergency attention is required.
3. Recognize the need for follow-up visits or personal attention.

With affordable monitors, eg oxygen meters, auto blood pressure device, pulse monitors, it is now possible for patients to take their own readings for others to analyze.

Without effort the information is exchanged and updated automatically. CGA (CareGiver Assistent), handles 3 major functions:

• First. It notifies the Caregiver’s clients when they should check themselves, such as weight, pain, or other information that may be provide to a third party like their doctor. (Alerts can be optionally voice announced)
• Second. It records and keeps a history of vitals, such as blood pressure, glucose levels, weight, pain levels, and more.
• Third, as the Caregiver, you can read the information your clients recorded without calling, texting or emailing.

How does it work?
Our app is Caregiver centric and is designed with privacy and security as a central theme. The Caregiver will enter the patients they want to track.

The Caregiver can enter information about multiple patients without the patient getting involved. There is no limit to the number of patients a Caregiver can track or the number of Vitals per patient.

A patient can enter their vitals at any time using a smartphone or with the help of an assistant so important vitals that the caregiver wants to track can be exchanged.

CGA will remind you or your client when it is time to take a Vital measurement each day. System Notifications or Emails alerts will be sent each time a Vital has been scheduled.
