This app uses Android's AccessibilityService API to detect when you open selected apps for phone addiction control. This permission is essential for monitoring app usage and providing time-based restrictions.

Key features
• Select apps you consider distracting (YouTube, Instagram, games, etc.)
• When a selected app is opened, an on-screen overlay requests the user to set an access time (e.g., 5–60 minutes) or cancel
• After the allowed time ends, the app is closed and remains locked for the configured lock period
• Helping to control the reels and short video addictions.
• Motivational messages encourage focus on real-world activities during locked periods
• All settings (selected apps and timer choices) are stored locally on the device

How it works
1. User selects distracting apps
2. Opening a selected app triggers the overlay
3. User consciously sets ACCESS TIME, LOCK TIME, and controls reels and short video addiction.
4. App usage is allowed only for the chosen duration; it is automatically controlled when the time expires
