Instead of wasting time on trips to the gym or money for a babysitter, or choosing random workouts on YouTube that don't promote you, Fitmama's training program is an organized and professional home training program for busy women to ensure that you progress, get in shape and give your body everything it needs: strength, endurance Cardiopulmonary, pelvic floor strengthening, balance and work on core muscles and stabilizers

Looking for training in a certain style? Do you like kickboxing or yoga? In the training bank you can find over 20 different types of training and hundreds of filmed trainings that are all up to 20 minutes a day and in all of them I do the entire training with you and push you to succeed and finish.

Want to strengthen your stomach? Do your hands feel weak? pregnant? Or do you need to restore the pelvic floor and prevent urine leakage?
In targeted programs you will find dozens of programs according to purpose or area of the body. For each program you will find a detailed explanation, how long it is and how many exercises it includes and of course if there are any special accessories you will need

Are you tired of eating the same thing every day or do you only eat chicken lettuce and salad to lose weight? In Aplikia you will find over 1000 recipes for every food you just want. All of them are easy, quick, simple, and most importantly, balanced in terms of nutritional values, so that you will both taste good and eat in a more orderly and balanced way.

Need an ordered nutritional framework? Not sure how you should put together your meals to make sure you are in a calorie deficit and see results? Every week I prepare a delicious weekly menu that will give a boost to the body and is adapted to the seasons as well as the holidays. Want to get a new menu every week? *Accompaniment and support*
Looking for a recommendation on good breads? Not sure which yogurt to buy? Or want help to adapt the menu to your goals? Through the app you can contact me and the dietician team at the click of a button and consult on any topic you want. You can even take a picture of yourself in training and send it to me so that I can give you feedback and make sure that you are doing the movements correctly

In the application you will find all the knowledge you need to understand what to eat, how much to eat and how to create for yourself the right way for you to persevere. In the knowledge tab there are courses focused on specific topics such as menopause, pregnancy, pelvic floor rehabilitation or even a full course on the entire Fitmama method

You can download the app for free, do the daily workout with me from your home or listen to the lecture of the month and even view a variety of recipes that are open in the free track and only after that you can decide whether to make a premium subscription.
