It is a tool used by independent professionals in the field of Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, or others, who need to provide payment receipts to their patients.
The Therapy Receipt application automatically generates payment receipts in PDF format for patients and allows the receipts to be signed by the professional provider using the cell phone screen by editing the document. Once signed, the payment receipt can be shared with the patient. This way, receipts can be generated from anywhere, at any time and in less time, also speeding up receipt of payments from patients.
Furthermore, the application keeps track of receipts that have already been paid by patients and those that still need to be paid.
The application also allows you to consult monthly statements from previous months to check how much you received from your patients each month, providing useful information for tax calculations.

Using the Therapy Receipt application uses 3 navigation tabs in the top bar: Patients, Statement and Profile.
In the Patients tab, the professional provider registers their patients by informing the name and the amount charged per care session for that patient. After registering the patient, you can record the care provided to them on their respective dates. At the end of the month, after all services for that month have been completed, a monthly payment receipt can be generated. After the receipt has been generated in PDF format, it is possible to add the signature of the professional provider by editing the file on your own cell phone. Once signed, you can save a copy of the payment receipt on Google Drive and share it with the patient so they can proceed with payment.
After payment for the receipt has been made by the patient, the payment can be recorded in this same tab for the respective patient to keep track of the receipts that have already been paid.

In the Statement tab, it is possible to consult all payments received by all patients month by month, as well as the total amounts calculated. This information is useful for financial control.

In the Profile tab, the professional provider enters the data necessary to generate patient payment receipts. The therapy payment receipt contains information about the service provider and the type of therapy used by the patient. This information is normally requested by health plans to reimburse the patient's expenses. You will only need to fill in this information once and save it. After that, it will no longer be necessary to provide this data.
