A 100% digital local video media outlet, created in 2024 and based in Franche-Comté, more precisely in Valentigney (25). An evolution of Web TV Nord Comtoise, a web TV created in 2020 by JP LACLEF.

Independent, non-profit, and close to its residents, COMTOISE TV tells the story of local life in a different way.

COMTOISE TV is an Audiovisual Media On Demand (AVOD) service registered with Arcom as of August 14, 2025. COMTOISE TV broadcasts its programs free of charge on computers, smartphones, tablets, and connected TVs.
