Both this and their web app have constant issues with "state", meaning that you'll send a message to person A, click to send a message to person B....and the message you sent to person A shows as having been sent to B. This has led our support team to send messages to the same person multiple times, send the wrong message to the wrong person, etc. |

I am not sure why we're using this, another separate app to text when we have Salesforce, and Outreach which both should have this functionality. |
