Please fix as soon as possible since I cannot go to work physically, I need to use my remote desktop and because of this, I can't work and will likely need to buy a PC because VMWare is working fine on PCs. |

| 2024-06-27 |  | | ja | Chrome版があるとは知らず、ずっとAndroid版を使っていました。 Android版を使っていたときは1日に何度も接続が切れ、ひどいときには30分に1度というときもありました。 また、2画面で使用していたときは画面をまたいでウィンドウをドラッグすると、画面の切れ目でいちどドラッグが 解除され、もう一度ドラッグし直さなければいけませんでした。 Chrome版に変えてからは1日中接続が切れるということは無く、画面またぎのドラッグも問題なくできるように なりました。 Chrome OSのアップデートがあっても固まったりせず快適に利用できています。 ただ、2025年10月？までしか使えないようなので心配です。 （使用機器：Acer Chromebook 317 米Amazonから購入しました） |

| 2023-09-29 |  | | en | This app is AMAZING! It works on my chromebook just like it does on my Windows 10 machine. There is no difference plus chrome OS is safer to use than Win10. It's a win-win for me :-) |
| 2023-09-25 |  | | en | IT WORKS! It doesn't but it does. As others have stated the way to get it to work is: 1. Download it from the VMWare website (crx file) 2. Right click the CRX file and open it as if it's a zip file. 3. Copy the contents of the CRX file to a new folder elsewhere created by you 4. Navigate to your extensions page in chrome, select switch to Developer mode within the extension tab and load unpacked extension from the folder you created earlier. ***NOTE: For some reason randomly VMWare's customer service portal will just try to redirect me to the store when I select download I'm not sure why but then I googled this specificially ("download vmware horizon crx file") and selected the link to the official VMWare horizon download page clicked download and it began to download the crx file. |
