Within 4 years the Chinese took over that position and have maintained it ever since. The Chinese have been know world wide as a criminal country since the Atheist Homicidal, Psychopath Mao Tse Tung the follower of Vladimir Lenin who overthrew the Russian Government in 1917 and implemented factitious Government structure known as Communism... which was invented by Friedrich Engels (28 years old) and his lackey buddy Karl Marx (30 years old) in 1846. I've personally known a guy since 1995 who was hired to teach English as a second language in Wuhan China where COVID-19 was created and unleashed on the World.
