To my shock, I recently discovered that the features I paid for have been removed, and I’m now being asked to subscribe to a new plan. This is unacceptable. Changing the terms of use without notice and disregarding previous commitments is highly unprofessional. I expected better from a service integrated with Google Chrome. |
