| 2022-09-28 |  | | The extension itself works well. When you click the extension, it auto-resizes the screen and returns your browser to its original size upon exiting. Having a short cut that overlays the CMD+J shortcut on top of the existing browser window instead of using CMD+J inside the extension window would be a more seamless experience. I find the overall features to be a bit limiting e.g. no collaboration on notes/read only notes published to SFDC, limited widgets, and extremely limited functionality with tasks. The direct sync to SFDC and push to Slack is great. I really like the playbook feature that listen for keywords and brings up templates or objection talk tracks. If you are using this to minimize your interaction with SFDC and having a million windows open, this is great. If you're a power user looking to collaborate with a larger team, and manage your tasks efficiently, this may not be the tool for you. | |
