I've been using this addon for about a month very happily. however recently it's started completely hanging my chrome on launch. every time i launch chrome it takes about 5 minutes until it becomes responsive. at first i thought it was a chrome bug. however e sometimes when the launch finally stops and chrome becomes responsive this addon crashes and chrome tells me it's disabled it. I've been re-enabling it and it seems to work fine, but the same issue happen the next time i launch chrome. I now realise if i leave the addon disabled the unresponsiveness after launching chrome doesnt happen. please fix this addon to no longer cause chrome to freeze on launch. it'd hate to have to stop using it. Also, would be great to have an option to disable the download shelf (bottom bar) - Elite Download Manager manages to do that. I do love the design of the download popup though. Any change of some download status/progress in the toolbar icon? | |

Design is really nice but it is laggy. Takes 1-28 second to open when clicking on it. Other download menus open immediately. | |

Why does it need permission to read data I copy and paste? Also Chrome downloads bar still appears. | |

I noticed that changing just the "standard" font in the settings affected the look of the extensions font. But given that the bottom download bar still appears when using this extension does diminish its benefits since that should be one of the main advantages. (the next day …) The solution to the persistent downloads bar was to also use 'Hide downloads shelf' extension, by avm99963. Sorted! | |
