When I first installed the extension, it only showed the tutorial page and never popped up the tools. I uninstalled it then reinstalled it. Sharing the whole screen doesn't work, it becomes an infinity window. Do *not* do this. And the tutorial shouldn't encourage it. However, I tried sharing a window (a PDF), then going back to the browser to click the extension to start it and it hopped right over to the window I wanted to annotate with the tools and worked fine. You cannot from there, say edit your view of the document. It's frozen, as-is. So beware of that before sharing your screen. However, the annotation tools work perfectly. So if you are unable to use it, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it. | |

Doesn't work. I installed it as an extension on Chrome. I started the presentation and I clicked on the button to annotate. The toolbar pops up and I can annotate on my end but everyone else in the meeting can't see the annotations I've made while I am presenting so basically, this extension is useless. I've restarted the meeting, I've restarted the browser but it still doesn't work. | |

Humph. Each time I click on the icon, I feel so happy but horrible thing happened - it became full screen and my camera froze... @jaynumba7 and Juvie were right. This Chrome extension...I'm gonna search for another extension. I'm removing this from Chrome. I want to get rid of it! | |

It's a bit cumbersome. I know it's not fair to compare to zoom, since it's not a native app option, but it's the biggest comparison out there: it's very cumbersome compared to zoom That said, in absence of a better option, it'll have to do | |

I had the same problem when I tried it just now. Every time I click on the annotation icon, the tutorial video keeps on appearing. I looked into YT and saw his reply in one of the comments. Try restarting your Meet and share you screen first before you annotate. Its working on me now/. Hope this will help. | |
