S. Saida		 Works on Mac OS 10.15.7, but doesn't work on Windows 10. And would you please add a default option for all pages? I want to turn off antialiasing for all sites but I have to click on this extension icon every time when I open a new web site.

2019-10-28 the group 32 It works. Mac mini 2019. One screen at 1080 and it helps, my 4k didn't need help but it dose look a bit nicer. Thank you! My 1080 monitor was really hard to read on compared to my 4k. This did just enough to make my work a bit easier on my eyes.

2019-02-02 Mircea Zahan Last updated nov 2018. Yet it's STILL not working. I need to disable anti-aliasing and there's absolutely no difference between "antialiased" and "none" settings. Text is still antialiased on any page. And yes, I did refreshed the page, even restarted Chrome.
