What is HaramBlur?

'HaramBlur' is a free and open-source Chrome extension that leverages Machine Learning to detect and blur Haram and NSFW content found in images and videos online. It's designed to uphold Islamic principles, particularly the protection of gaze, enabling users to have a distraction-free and Halal mindful browsing experience. Customizable settings allow users to control detection type, blur intensity and strictness level of the extension and an option to toggle on or off the feature. In addition to this, all processing occurs browser-side with no tracking of browsing history, ensuring user privacy.
