| 2024-12-07 |  | | en | I can't completely log in so I can't make/save any changes to my signature. It just hangs when I enter my password or try to log in via Gmail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and I've cleared my cache and spent over an hour trying to get into my account and I can't. I'd delete my entire account, but you need to log in to do that and I can't. This worked great for years, but now like many others, it's useless. I've reached out to their support team and got an automated response saying they'll get back to me within 72 hours. It looks like there have been similar issues for over a month now, so perhaps Wisestamp doesn't care? |
