| 2015-05-15 |  | | Downloaded this on my computers and my boyfriend's computers (he's more the coder than I). Looks great, better in person than in the pictures. He raved about how helpful this one in organizing his team, their messages, and tickets being worked on. What I noticed about him and other employees is that results actually improved because people started competing and comparing their results on the graph trying to close the most tickets to be "#1." So if your looking to boost production and also get organized, this is great! |
