Edit: This project has been abandoned as I no longer use the extension, and it probably won't work in the future. There is no option to disable this, so I made this extension to fight it. It simply waits for the url 'https://www.chromeactions.com/index.html' to open, and closes the tab. It will work in the incognito window that Magic Actions opens as well, as long as you give it incognito permissions.
