| 2024-09-28 |  | | en | I used to use this to search books to get POC, but suddenly, it would not allow me to make a topic search. I wanted to search a particular disease, and the program kept coming back to Health, Fitness and Dieting. Not what I was looking for. And then it would not allow me to change the order of the number of reviews from least to most. I clicked on the top of the column, but nothing happened. I then cancelled the extension and tried to reload it after clearing the cache. It did not make any difference. @Debra Kurs said to change the location, but there was no way to change it except by country. So that didn't work. Suggestions? |

So I watched the help videos , I cleared my cache. following the instructions provided .Then I remembered also to changed my location as advised my publishing.com . I changed this to 9210 Beverly Hills (as advised by the AIA Publishing. team .. and that seemed to work. I will need to change it back if Im ordering items off Amazon . KDSPY now seems to be working . I now have to learn out to use it to establish POC - Proof of Concept ... etc etc ..Hope this make s sense . If I can do ... I'm sure anyone can , just watch the videos provided by the KDSPY team .. they talk though processes very gently and clearly. Thanks Wesley and the team , so far so good ! |

Do i need to redownload and select a different folder for saving? I was able to download, and added to my toolbar, when i click it, I go to the Amazon screen, but no UI comes up. Thank you!
