Today I wrote thwm again and I hope they will answer. I'm asking to check my account because in your extension doesn't snow I paid the access. It offers to buy the access again or activate 7 trial period. But I paid already! Updated: So, I wrote to Paypal Support and explained the situation. They tempted me with a free trail which I signed up to with a PayPal guest account. I initially emailed them to cancel my subscription and refund me, which they did but continue to bill me 4 more times! I've emailed them so many times since then to get my money back but I have not heard anything off them, thieves! I had to create a PayPal account to cancel my subscription but still trying to get my money back. I was actually planning to come back and use their services but not anymore after this bloody nightmare! Do not waste your money with them!!!! |
