Hi, I'm Adam. I've been *pushing and pushing* for the creation of something like this ever since I fell in love with the idea that Dissenter.com was "thefted out of my dreams" and built just for me. I was sure that was going to take off and change the world; just like I'm sure this might too, For **years** now I've been emailing millions of people trying to build a "reddit like interface" to social annotations; even suggesting the open source http://hypothes.is client could be used--in it's gorgeous glory--as a springboard towards instantly building a community and give reddit and even twitter a vibrant "run for their money." I still think that could happen, though I can't get this very similar (is it the same codebase) plugin to work for me. I'd like to be involved. Shoot me an email [email protected] or text me, 954-667-8083pothe Edit: I'm disheartened that the comments are "Farcaster/Warpcast" copies of ActivityPub instead of the "markdown" and rich edit, and threaded, enabled stuff that was in Hypothesis .... it's losing lots of functionality that would go a long way to "defeating the malaise and stagnation that social news has felt since ... well, since Aaron died a .. *a decade ago.*
