I purchased a year of the service and the extension is so broken it is basically half false advertising. The extension repeatedly would log me out even during mid recording session. Other times my audio wouldn't record, and even sometimes if my recording was over the 90 minute mark, the extension would refuse to load my finished recording and it gets lost forever. The company would not refund my purchase even when I contacted them before 30 days of purchased. They insisted I needed to screen record their own screen recorder not working on me?... unreal! Now I am out of money. |
