It is a Chrome extension that is really useful for anyone who wants to write better. But Writetone is more than just an extension. Their website has lots of helpful tools like an AI humanizer, a grammar checker, and even a tool that can help me with homework, i.e., Chat with AI Subject Expert. All of this has made me a better writer because I can choose the right tone and come up with more creative ways to say things. |

I wanted to see how much it would be. The next thing I know is that Writetone ( Ibranext Technologies) have taken the full amount from my credit card without informing me first. It is standard practice to have page displaying the amount due and a description of the product asking the customer of they want to continue. Writetone does not do this. They simply took the money. This borders on deceptive business practices. I immediately contacted them to inform them I had made an upgrade in error and asking for a refund. They have refused to give me refund. I do not recommend this company. Whilst the tool are fine, there are better ones available and the customer service department is not aware of the number one rule of a service provider - The customer is always right. Go elsewhere. |
