Seems to still work in 2021. Instructions are little cryptic, though. Here's what to do- 1. Leave your existing bookmark(s) as-is in your normal, non-incognito window 2. It's just opening every link I click into an Incognito window regardless of the sites I put on the list. Still a bit buggy.
