Gifgit is the only capture extension you can use to capture different shapes or cutouts from a web page.

Capture Full Page

You can resize rectangular and elliptical selections after they are drawn using the resize handles. You can also select the previous selection from the popup. Options to set the scale of the output image and video are also available from the toolbar popup. Images are saved in either JPEG or PNG format. Recordings are saved as WebM video.
