| 2021-12-09 |  | | The cause is wonderful -- I love being able to give back and support causes like planting trees to offset the deliveries we receive -- but the extension is terrible. It prompts me to make my orders carbon-neutral (awesome! that's what it should do!!), but doesn't log me in if I'm signed out or even prompt me to log in so that I can get credit for that order. Even when I am signed into the extension and try to use it as normal when placing an order, it only shows that I've placed 1 carbon-neutral order. I've used this extensions MANY times when shopping, so I have no idea why it's not updating my number of carbon-neutral orders. Overall, the software seems to be sloppily written, and there's no way to contact customer service that I could find. Pretty disappointing since I can't even tell if my orders placed through EcoCart have made a difference. | |

I did not give it five stars because I have made multiple purchases that I double and triple checked before placing my order to make sure the extension was activated, but the points do not show up on my account. That is pretty frustrating. | |
