Could use a transaction confirmation dialog with gas fee and ability to resend with higher fee, but James is giving us this for free, so I'm just very thankful to him.

2018-08-26	Brady McKenna			This has been a huge help with getting people to use our dApps with a Ledger hardware wallet. I really like it. However, I am lowering my rating because it needs a bit more work. It's almost too easy to use which can cause costly mistakes. For example, if you accidentally change gas settings to something a bit too high and quickly confirm a transaction, you can easily pay way too much in gas. I have seen someone do it already. This really needs a second on screen confirmation detailing the gas you will be paying and other transaction details since it's so hard to see them on a ledger nano.
