Chris Vydas		 The whole point was to get a context menu entry with the addition of this extension, yet, no context menu entry has been added! It is not there. Menu remains unchanged.

Emma Hoyle		 I was looking for a function to do this, but now I've just noticed that ctrl+shift click opens links in new tabs in the foreground even WITHOUT this extension... sorry!
