| 2024-10-09 |  | | en | I joined Cloudkii a couple of years ago and purchased their Lifer Plan for £5,000. Everything was going well at first, but from the end of 2023 until now, in October 2024, things took a turn. The products stopped working, support was discontinued, and there was no communication from Cloudkii. Then, suddenly in September 2023, they resumed operations to sell Engage AI, which was built on the original Engage platform. I chose not to buy in, as their previous software had stopped working. If you don’t believe me, search for Elmessenger Pro in the Chrome Store and read the reviews. To bring things up to date: I have been removed from the Lifer Messenger Chat group on Facebook and have lost all access to the products. I’ve had to refund my customers, who were on yearly and monthly plans, and I no longer have access to the 50 lifetime licenses I originally purchased. I am now over £5,000 out of pocket. While no great loss, since the products weren’t functioning, it’s still disappointing. Please do your own research before making any decisions. I even tried to schedule a call with Larlin Newman but was met with repeated excuses. I’m not the only one affected—others are also unhappy. I am officially done. Regards Steve S |

No response from support either. Once this is resolved I'll change my review to 5 star, as it usually works pretty well. |

I can also track the posts, messages, and comments. I can even set up replies. It is a game changer! I have increased my followers by over 200 and my friends by over 200. Their support is as worse as their tool. I lost a lot of time trying to make this work but decided to cancel my subscription and look at better alternatives. Elmessenger is great on paper but I would avoid it. |
