Extension summary

This extension is based on and inspired by the "Timestamp it!" extension version 1.6 from SHELLSTRÖM.

This is the light version that only allows you to insert a UNIX timestamp to most of the editable forms.

To do that you can right-click any editable fields and select "Insert UNIX timestamp" from the menu. You can also inject the timestamp using the <CTRL + ALT + T> keys combination.

I was using the original "Timestamp it!" for a while and needed to add more options to it. As it looks like it's not under development anymore I decided to finally make the necessary changes to the code myself. At this point I'm only publishing one part of the changes to make it available for others.

I'm using this extension everyday at work to generate unique identifiers for my technical notes (like KB1510661476), my meeting notes (like MN1510661490), my SQL variables (like VAR1510661508), online forms testing (like user1510661747) and so on...
