I contacted their support chat and they kept saying I should talk to sales: "Tier5 - Kindly send an email to [email protected] and they will help you with the purchase and offer you the best possible deal." I said I want to try the advertised free tier first to see if the extension is legit and they said: "Tier5 - You need to purchase the software to use it."
