They claim to offer 24/7 support, but in reality, they respond only 2 or 3 times before asking you to create a ticket, which then takes over 24 hours to get a response. This is incredibly frustrating and not what you would expect from a service that advertises round-the-clock assistance. Setting up my account with their help took about two weeks because they took three to four days to resolve each issue. This slow response time is unacceptable, especially when you're trying to run a business and need timely support. When I finally managed to set up my account, I encountered another major issue. When I tried to place an order, they insisted on using only US dollars, which is impractical for me as I live in Italy. They never mentioned this restriction before, and it's not stated in their policy. This lack of transparency is a huge red flag. When I requested a refund of my $50, they refused. This is not just poor customer service; it's outright theft. There are other applications with API integration that provide instant responses 24/7. These alternatives are far more reliable and efficient. Avoid wasting your money and time on "AutoDS." It's a must to steer clear of this scam. Your time and money are valuable, and you deserve a service that respects that. Choose a more reputable application that will actually support your needs and provide the service they promise. |

You pay for software features like these and it has not worked in the 2 months I have been testing it. Of course I opened up a ticket, yes they are fast at responding but DON'T fix your problem or it takes weeks to fix something simple. I don't know what I'm paying for anymore unfortunately all the other dropshipping software completely sucks but when AutoDS works its not that bad, however its still 1 star as this extension has NEVER worked in 2 months I have been trying it and they haven't fixed it. Trust me, I am not clueless but that's all they will treat you as, like its your fault and you just need to change a setting or two but that's not the reality, the reality is its broken. And of course you will receive no refunds for a broken software product |
