A extensão não funciona direto, quanto você está recebendo uma chamada o computador não alerta abrindo uma janela, você só ouve o som de estar tocando. E quanto abre o painel de chamadas não aparece nenhuma chamada chegando. Precisa melhorar muito para deixar de ser péssimo!
