Type in chrome://restart in the URL bar to restart the browser for the changes to take effect.

In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
Enable Developer mode

When prompted, click Add extension to install YouTube™ Video AdBlocker Extension.

Download and unpack the YouTube™ Video AdBlocker Extension ZIP file to a directory of your choice.

Enable Developer mode.
Click on the Load Unpacked button.
