This is an extremely difficult program to use. That's the nicest way I can say that. There's a lot of talk about how customizable it is and easy of use... That is not true. It's not often that I hate a product but I think I can honestly say I hate this software. I've wasted a full month hunting around looking for things, watching youtube videos, surfing forums, etc. This software is a maze and everything is hidden behind weird naming schemes or a handful of clicks to find hidden menus. It's nuts. The most awesome part about it all is how completely ineffective the support is. I can't blame them though... they're just sitting over in a call center in India (absolutely every single person, video, training etc you'll see or talk to is from India despite this being an American company... weird) trying to communicate across a language barrier about a software that they themselves don't understand. If we didn't already buy it and waste the last month on it, I would drop Zoho like a bad habit. As it sits, I now have to hire developers to set up the most basic functions because Zoho clearly has no interest in or ability to support their product.
