And if you click on "I forgot my password" in the app, it gives you a little box that says "no problem, check your inbox." But no recovery email ever arrives. I lost many important notes this way. Be warned. |

So it does not look like there even is a support. To backup your notes to cloud you have to copy/past to drive.... |
| 2022-08-02 |  | | en | I've been using memo notepad over a year. It was great, easy to use and I haven't had issues until now recently. I'm not able to login and I've always logged in using the browser and it gives me an error message, "An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the command heroku logs --tail" I searched to see if other users have had this issue and they did and some even report it over 14wks ago. However I did download the chrome extension to see if it would work to sign in and it says, "Connection to the sync server was interrupted. Try again?" Unfortunately there is no direct support to report this issue. If you are still able to login, I would suggest to send your notes to yourself so you won't lose them. It's upsetting since I had a lot of important notes and now it's gone. |
