But recently I cannot even "enter" the program. Whenever I try to connect the extension to the website, it does not recognize my email address and gives this message:"something went wrong. Please try again." Other means such as Facebook and Gmail does not work either. It is frustrating, because I am very close to the deadline of my PhD applications, and I count on Word tune for paraphrasing my SOPs. With the deadlines approaching and your programs completely "dead", I feel, forgive my language, "screwed." Please help. |
