If you're expecting it to do something on a brand new tab with no history, or a tab whose history was made before you installed the extension.... well, think about it. There's still a lot to complain about: The website doesn't work and so there are no instructions. The history tree only branches when you use the back button and navigate down a different link; it is not aware of links you open in new tabs, which really makes it a lot less useful. All histories get deleted when you close the tab (even if you re-open it right away) so using this to log your history long term is out of the question. There's no interactivity on the page and as others said the icon doesn't even let you know the application is alive if there's no history in the current tab for it to show you. It's extremely important that someone implement a de-linearized browsing history that works, which this could be if they improved it a lot. | |
