This app needs work. 1.) Going to the chrome webstore website link for this extension results in, "Forbidden". 2.) Your 'preview' function for each sound makes a DIV or ifram type of popup, with no explanation what to do with the 'download' of each sound and the 'mute' for that doesn't work AND the 25% of the text for that 'preview' frame goes gets cropped. 3.) Again, no working support forum, which means if one of your users (like me) have a problem with their extension, the only recourse is to put a very LOW RATING in hopes that the developer will respond and address my problem. I don't get that... if a dev goes through the hard work of making an app and publishing it, why doesn't the dev also put up a FREE support forum somewhere so you can support it and improve upon it, ort even let other users of your app help eachother with your app? It's insane in my opinion to risk alienating your users by offering absolutely no support forum, when it costs the developer nothing?!?!
